Salut,
as i could not find a "post-button" in the groups area, i post it here... you need a "post button" or a "start discussion button". if it is already there, i feel it's well hidden.

Hallo,
gehe auf gewünschte Gruppe (siehe linke Leiste) --> Group discussion --> add topic --> so kannst du einen Beitrag in die Gruppe einstellen
verfahre mit files / photos usw. ebenso (wird dann nur unter der Gruppe angezeigt)
